For hospitals
Medlion gives a hospital two things that work together: a Recovery Manager who coordinates each patient's care after discharge, and Clinic OS, the software your teams can run the hospital day on. Start with either one.
A Recovery Manager coordinates home nursing, therapy, equipment and follow-up, so what your doctors planned actually happens in the first weeks.
Clinic OS carries a patient from the queue through the consultation, orders, pharmacy, the ward and the receipt, with each step owned.
See what is outstanding after a visit or a discharge and mark it closed, instead of leaving it to memory.
Families get plain updates, as the patient permits, so fewer questions come back to your wards and your phones.
Your teams keep the hospital. Medlion fills the part that happens after the patient leaves.
Your doctors and nurses treat the patient. Clinic OS can run the day-to-day if you choose it.
Your clinicians decide what the patient needs next. Medlion does not change the plan.
One named person arranges the care at home or in a recovery residence.
Home healthcare, rehabilitation, caregivers or a recovery residence, as the plan requires.
Outstanding items are tracked to the end, and the family and hospital are kept informed.

Switched on separately for each hospital, after setup and approval: the ABDM and ABHA connection, WhatsApp reminders and family messages, and network participation. Sharing records between organisations is still in development and will always need the patient's permission. Your hospital's finances and stock stay private to your hospital.
No. The first conversation is about how patients leave your hospital today. Clinic OS is a choice, not a condition.
Yes. They are separate choices that work well together.
No. The form asks about your hospital and your role only.
Reception, records, orders, pharmacy, wards and receipts are part of the plans, some after your setup. The ABDM connection, WhatsApp messages and record sharing are switched on separately, and record sharing is still in development.
