Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using medlion.in and engaging us as your Recovery Coordination partner. Written to be readable, not legalistic.

Last updated · February 14, 2026

1. What Medlion is, and isn't

Medlion Recovery Living is a Recovery Coordination platform. We orchestrate people, places, providers and proof on behalf of families navigating recovery. We are not a hospital, an emergency service, a medical insurer, a clinical institution, a directory of vendors, or a marketplace. Clinical decisions are taken by qualified clinicians; we coordinate around them and execute the resulting plan.

2. Using this website

By using medlion.in (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a family member or patient, you confirm that you have the authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years old to engage Medlion as a paying customer.

3. Information you provide

Anything you tell us — through forms, the AI Discovery agent, WhatsApp, calls or email — must be true to the best of your knowledge. False or misleading clinical information can directly affect the safety of the plan we design.

4. The Recovery Plan

After an assessment, we share a written Recovery Plan tailored to the patient. It is a coordinated proposal — not a medical prescription. The plan can be accepted, modified or declined. Once accepted, a written engagement letter or service order will define scope, pricing, duration and the Recovery Manager assigned.

5. Pricing & payments

Indicative prices shown anywhere on the Site (including budget bands and cost comparisons) are illustrative ranges only. Final pricing is in writing, itemised, and agreed before work begins. Payments are processed through compliant Indian payment rails. Refunds, if any, follow the engagement letter.

6. The MRE network

Medical Recovery Executives ("MREs") — drivers, translators, nurses, attendants, caregivers, runners, therapists and others — are vetted, trained and assigned by Medlion. They are accountable to the Recovery Manager for tasks. Where applicable, clinical MREs (nurses, phlebotomists) operate within the scope of their qualifications and applicable law.

7. Partner facilities & providers

Where Medlion coordinates a residence, hospital or clinical provider, the underlying care is delivered by that partner under their own licences, protocols and clinical responsibility. Medlion is responsible for coordination, escalation, communication and proof — not for the clinical outcome of partner-rendered services. See the Responsibility Framework for the detailed split.

8. Emergencies

Medlion is not an emergency service. If a patient experiences a medical emergency, call 102 / 108 immediately, then notify your Recovery Manager. Our team is reachable on the agreed channel during agreed hours and will assist with coordination and escalation — but we are not a substitute for emergency response.

9. AI Discovery & blueprints

Our AI Discovery agent produces a draft Recovery Blueprint. Every blueprint is reviewed by a human Recovery Manager before it is shared as a plan. AI output is a starting point, not a final recommendation. Do not act on AI output alone — always confirm with your Recovery Manager.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer features, scrape data, or impersonate another person or family. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

11. Intellectual property

All brand, content, methodology, frameworks and code on this Site belong to Medlion. The five Right Promises, the Recovery Blueprint format, the MRE role taxonomy and the Task Engine are proprietary. Reproduction without written consent is not permitted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medlion's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or our coordination services shall not exceed the fees paid to Medlion in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Medlion is not liable for (a) clinical outcomes delivered by partner clinicians, (b) decisions made against Recovery Manager advice, or (c) force majeure events.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi. Before approaching courts, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days of written notice.

14. Updates

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to families with active engagements and highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
