Buying for a business

Business buying opens when you sign in as a company

  • Business prices, bulk price breaks and GST details are shown to verified organisations only.
  • Items listed for businesses only appear after you sign in.
  • Purchasing requests with your team's roles and approval limits sit in your business account.
  • Register your organisation once. Business prices appear when it is verified.

A shopper's retail price and a business price are different things. Signing in as a company is how you reach the business side.

  • Create a seller account. There is no sign-up fee.
  • Set up your catalogue straight away. Buyers reach you once Medlion approves your account.
  • You choose for each item who it is for: shoppers and families, businesses, or both.
  • Offering an item to shoppers never shows your business price or bulk breaks to them.

Pharmacies are asked for a drug licence. Each item and category is reviewed before it is shown.

Do I need an account to look around?

No. Browsing is open. A business account is needed for business prices and purchasing, and a seller account to list.

I am a shopper. Will I see business prices?

No. You see the retail price for items a supplier offers to shoppers. Business prices stay behind a company sign-in.

I am a supplier. Will shoppers see my bulk prices?

No. You choose who each item is for. Offering an item to shoppers shows only its retail price.

Can I sell to both shoppers and businesses?

Yes. Choose shoppers, businesses or both for each item.

Is there a fee to create a seller account?

There is no sign-up fee. The terms for selling are in the vendor terms you agree to when you create the account.
