- — You can access, correct, delete or withdraw consent for your data at any time — these are real, exercisable rights, not boilerplate.
- — Sensitive case data is access-controlled by role — the Recovery Manager on your case and the ops team supporting it, no one else, by default.
- — We do not sell data, and we do not let any AI provider retain your conversations to train their models.

Role-specific training, quiz-assessed
Training modules are completed and graded before someone moves from candidate to active caregiver status — not a one-time orientation.
Matched by assessed skill level
The quiz-graded skill level informs which case types a Recovery Manager or MRE is actually matched to, not just availability.
