About Medlion

We're rebuilding what happens
after the hospital.

Medical events end. Recoveries don't. Medlion is India's Recovery Coordination Platform — orchestrating the people, places, providers and proof that turn the chaos of recovery into clarity.

Our Vision

A world where no family navigates recovery alone.

Where every journey from hospital to home is orchestrated with dignity, accountability and measurable outcomes — for every family, on every continent.

Our Mission

Turn the chaos of recovery into clarity.

For every family. Every patient. Every time. We're on a mission to make peace of mind a default — not a privilege.

The Medlion trilogy

CARE.RECOVERY.CONTINUITY.

Three pillars. One promise. Recovery is not a procedure — it's a continuum we hold for the whole family.

Our purpose

We exist so that no familyhas to figure recovery out alone.

India discharges 40 million patients a year. Most go home to families holding the phone, the prescriptions and the panic — with no one coordinating what comes next.

We were one of those families. The moment we realised that the gap between hospital and home is where recovery is won or lost, Medlion was born.

Our purpose is simple: turn that gap into a guided, accountable, deeply human path — for every patient, every family, every time.

Founders

Built by people who lived the problem.

Mahima Shalot

Co-founder · Visionary

Mahima Shalot

The seed of Medlion was planted when Mahima was seven months pregnant — navigating the gaps in support, hospitality and continuity she experienced first-hand. She realised the same gaps weren't unique to pregnancy: they showed up after every surgery, every elder care transition, every NRI family's late-night call.

One question kept returning: "Why is no one coordinating this?" Medlion is her answer.

Vikrant Chaudhary

Co-founder · Executor

Vikrant Chaudhary

Every idea Mahima generates, Vikrant makes real. From researching healthcare partner networks and stress-testing operational flows to lining up vendors, building the brand, and walking into hospitals to understand the discharge gap first-hand — he turns vision into ground reality.

Marketing data showed it too: international families searching for recovery and medical tourism support outpaced supply by miles. Vikrant doubled down — Medical Tourism became a vertical because the demand was already there, waiting.

The five values

How we choose, hire, build and behave.

Our values aren't posters on a wall. They are the test we hold every Recovery Manager, every MRE, every partner and every decision against.

Dignity

Every person is treated as a whole human — never a case file. Healing begins with respect.

Transparency

What we do, what we charge, what's working, what isn't — visible to the family, always.

Accountability

Every task has an owner, a deadline and proof. We say what we'll do, and we do it.

Compassion

Care that's clinically right and emotionally warm. Not one or the other.

Outcomes

Activity is not progress. We measure recovery, learn fast, and keep raising the bar.

Our promise to every family

One Family.
One Recovery.
One Medlion.

Whatever the diagnosis, whoever the patient, however far the family lives — there is one Recovery Manager, one shared plan, and one accountable team holding the whole journey together.

01

One plan

Shared with the family, in writing.

02

One manager

Reachable, accountable, human.

03

One source of truth

Updates, photos, logs, in one place.

04

One outcome

Measured, owned, improved.

Trust architecture

Trust is engineered, not claimed.

Five operational layers run underneath every Medlion case — so the family never has to take our word for it.

Vetted people

Identity- and background-checked, trained on Medlion protocols, and continuously rated.

Tasks with proof

Every action is logged with timestamps, photos or signatures.

Audit-ready logs

Family-accessible trail for medications, vitals and care actions.

Consent & privacy

DPDP-aligned. You decide who sees what, and for how long.

Clear responsibility

A published Responsibility Matrix — what we do, what we don't.

The five promises

Right care. Right people. Right place.
Right communication. Right outcomes.

01

Right Care

At the right time, for the right need.

02

Right People

Background-checked, trained, paid fairly.
